  • 1 hour of rehearsal time the week of your event, to be scheduled 30 days before your event.

FAQs

  • Apart from the veranda, the venue does not offer additional outdoor spaces. However, it's located less than three miles from Stockton Lake — a beautiful spot for wedding photos.

  • Absolutely — you’re welcome to work with any vendors you like!

  • While alcohol sales are not permitted, you’re welcome to serve complimentary beer, wine, and champagne. We do ask that hard liquor only be served with a licensed bartender present.

  • You will be required to complete a night-end checklist, which includes:

    • Putting away the tables and chairs

    • Taking out the trash

    • Cleaning up your decorations

    • Taking home any food items you brought in

    Our cleaner will take care of the rest, free of charge.

    If you do leave the venue without doing the night-end checklist, you may lose your deposit.

  • No, we do not offer set-up services.

  • We require a $300 deposit in the form of a check, that is due one month before your event. This will be fully refunded to you if the cleaning checklist is successfully completed and there is no damage to our property.

    We are also required to charge 8.73% sales tax on all bookings.

  • We provide enough tables and chairs for 100 people.

  • No, we do not provide tablecloths and decorations.

  • You are required to pay 50% of your booking cost upon signing the contract. This amount is non-refundable, even if you end up canceling.

    But we will not charge you additional fees to cancel, even if it’s last minute.
